Pythe

The infinite canvas

A board for mapping strategy beside your agents. Add structured objects, connect them, and ask Pytheus or any teammate to build on it. Boards autosave and sync live.

The canvas is where you think with your plan open. It lives under Canvas in the sidebar. The gallery at /canvases lists every board in the workspace plus the ones shared with you. You can create, open, duplicate, rename and delete from there.

Working on a board

  • Pan by dragging. Zoom with the zoom controls, by scrolling, or by pinching on a touch screen. Zoom happens around your pointer, so what is under it stays under it. A new board on a phone opens a little zoomed out so you see more.
  • Add objects from the toolbar. Drag to move, resize, and draw connections between them.
  • Everything saves for you after a short pause. Collaborators see changes live.
  • Start from a template and let Pythe fill in the blanks. See Templates.

The toolbar

The top bar holds the back link, the board title, the quick-add buttons (Text, Note, Flowchart, Chart), an Add library of founder-native objects, the canvas list, and invite. Anything that talks to Pythe lives in the agent sheet at the bottom, not up here. See Objects.

Images

Drop in a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF. It is downscaled and stored on the card as a WebP data URL, kept under the 256 KB realtime broadcast limit, so uploads stay private to the canvas and no public bucket is involved. Agents are sent only the caption, never the picture.

Your agents

Pytheus and your teammates work on the board from a sheet that rises from the bottom. See Agents on the canvas.
