Canvas templates
Fourteen curated starting boards for validation, positioning, go-to-market and fundraising. Templates lay out real structure with empty placeholders, never invented data.

How templates work
Open the template gallery from a new board. Each template is tagged with the stages it suits. Every placeholder says “Add detail”. Nothing is fabricated. Pythe can fill them in afterwards from your company context.
| Template | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Customer interview synthesis | Turn raw interviews into evidence, themes and assumptions. Two evidence cards, a themes board (Pain, Workaround, Desired outcome) and an assumption to test. |
| Ideal customer profile | One structured profile of who you are actually building for: nine sections plus a supporting evidence card. |
| Customer journey map | A stage-by-stage view of action, friction and opportunity. |
| Positioning map | A two-axis map of where you sit versus the alternatives, plus a note on why you chose the axes. |
| Competitor landscape | Competitor nodes, evidence and gaps in one board. |
| Opportunity solution tree | Outcome, opportunities, solutions, experiments. |
| Validation experiment | One hypothesis, one method, one success threshold. |
| MVP scope | What ships, what waits, and what you will deliberately cut. |
| Go-to-market plan | Channel, message and motion in one place. |
| Launch plan | A sequenced launch with owners and a decision point. |
| Growth loop | A real compounding loop, not a funnel drawing. |
| Weekly founder review | What moved, what stalled, what you decided. |
| Product strategy map | How the company system fits together. |
| Fundraising narrative | For when you are actually raising. |
After you place one
- Edit any card by hand. Cards are typed, so a journey stays a journey.
- Ask Pytheus, or a teammate you picked, to fill the placeholders from your company context. See Agents on the canvas.
- Templates never invent data. A card that still says “Add detail” is waiting for you or an agent.
