Troubleshooting
What to do when the plan build fails, an employee seems stuck, an approval will not run, a computer is asleep or you are out of credits.

Common problems
| Problem | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The plan build failed | A model call was too slow or returned nothing usable. | Press Try again. Finished steps are kept, and the retry asks for a leaner phase. If it keeps failing, tell us from Feedback. |
| “Research unavailable, continuing without market data” | Research failed. The build carried on so you did not lose the plan. | Run research again later from HQ; it saves to the Library. |
| HQ says the team is not available | The team tables or functions are not live for the project. | HQ falls back to a plain Pytheus chat. Check the setup status card. |
| A run looks stuck | No worker has touched it, or a provider is down. | It is re-queued automatically after a provider outage (1, 3, 10 minutes). The sweeper wakes stalled runs. You can Stop and Retry; it picks up from where it got to. |
| “It was not finished in time” | A run older than six hours. | Retry. It picks up from where it got to. |
| An approval says it no longer matches | Its content changed after it was made. | Ask the employee again. The new request shows the new content. |
| An approval says the run is no longer active | The work behind it was cancelled, failed or completed. | Nothing was sent. Ask again if you still want it. |
| “Today’s limit of N emails is reached” | The daily Gmail cap for your plan. | It resets at midnight UTC. |
| Sending is not enabled | Google is connected without permission to send. | Choose Enable sending in Connectors. See Google. |
| The computer is asleep | It stopped after 10 idle minutes. | It wakes when an agent needs it. Waking it to browse files uses computer time. |
| A task stopped and says it reached its budget | It spent its credits. | Raise the budget to continue, or approve what is there. |
| Out of credits | You used the plan’s allowance. | Credits refill monthly on paid plans. Upgrade or wait. |
| A connector will not connect | A permission was missed. | For Notion, tick the pages to share. For GitHub, press Grant next to the organisation. For HubSpot, you may need a Super Admin. |
| Cannot invite someone | They need a Pythe account first. | Ask them to sign up, then search their email in the switcher. |
