Slack, Notion and HubSpot

Connect once and your team can post updates, write pages and keep your CRM current, each with your approval. Pythe can also push digests, alerts and exports.

Slack

  • Connect. Press Connect, choose the Slack workspace at the top right of the install screen, and approve the scopes (read channels and post digests). You need permission to install apps there; otherwise Slack sends a request to an admin.
  • What employees can do. slack_post posts a message to a channel (up to 3,900 characters), after approval. The Operator and Analyst roles have it.
  • What Pythe sends. Weekly digests, milestone alerts and competitor-watch alerts.

Notion

  • Connect. On the “Select pages” step, tick every page or database Pythe should write to. Notion only shares what you tick. Forgot one? Reconnect and tick it, or share the page with the Pythe integration from Notion.
  • What employees can do. notion_create_page creates a page with a title and content (up to 60,000 characters), after approval. Without a parent it goes under the first page shared with Pythe. Writer and Operator have it.
  • What you can do. Push AI-generated roadmaps, retros and docs into a Notion page.

HubSpot

  • Connect. You must be a HubSpot Super Admin, or the install asks one to approve it. Pythe asks for CRM scopes: contacts, companies and deals (read).
  • What employees can do. hubspot_upsert_contact adds or updates a contact and hubspot_log_note logs a note, each after approval. Outreach has both.
  • What Pythe reads. Pipeline counts, lead-to-trial conversion, deal velocity and contact volume.

All of these can be moved to autopilot per employee on Premium.
