Autopilot
On Premium you can let an employee act in a connected app without asking, per employee and per app. It covers a short fixed list and never covers publishing.

Autopilot is for when you trust an employee with an app and want fewer interruptions. It is off by default.
Turn it on
- Open Team in HQ.
- Open the employee’s settings menu.
- Under Autopilot, switch on an app, such as Gmail or Slack.
On Free and Base, switching it on opens the upgrade prompt. The menu says it plainly: “Let Sam act in Gmail without asking. Never for publishing a website or sending data to another web address.”
What it can skip
| Action | Autopilot |
|---|---|
gmail_send | Can skip the wait |
slack_post | Can skip the wait |
notion_create_page | Can skip the wait |
hubspot_upsert_contact | Can skip the wait |
hubspot_log_note | Can skip the wait |
github_open_issue | Can skip the wait |
github_open_pr | Can skip the wait |
What it never skips
| Action | Why |
|---|---|
deploy_website | A website is public under your name. |
custom_http_post | A custom tool posting to an arbitrary address. |
Autopilot is a setting for each employee and app. It is not a global switch. The Approvals screen lists exactly this set.
What is still recorded
- An action done on autopilot is logged with the status
auto, so you can see what ran. - Daily Gmail caps still apply.
- Outreach still gets its sign-off and opt-out line.
- The checks on the action’s content are the same.
