Files and the shared folder
Each agent has its own files folder and the team shares one. Browse them, download them, and know which results are saved to your Library.

| Folder | What it is for |
|---|---|
/workspace/files | The agent’s own working files, deliverables and scratch. |
/workspace/shared | A volume mounted into every computer in your team. This is how employees hand files to each other. |
Browse and download
The computer panel’s Files tab lists both folders with a download beside each file. If the computer is asleep, the list is answered from the saved copy, and a note says that waking it to browse uses compute time.
Deliverables versus working files
- A deliverable is a file that was saved, read back, archived to your Library, and previewed. Only these count when Pythe decides whether the job was delivered.
- Working files (scripts, scratch, screenshots, inputs) never count as the deliverable. They stay on the computer.
- Each deliverable shows who made it, its version and size.
Anything you want to keep long-term should be in the Library. Deleting a computer removes the rest. See Library.
Attachments you send
Files you attach to a message are staged onto the computer for that run. Agents can read PDFs, Office files and images; images are looked at directly when the model supports vision.
