• A tour of HQ: HQ has four destinations (Ask, Work, Team, Plan) and two live helpers: Now, for everything waiting on you, and Watch, for seeing the work happen.
• Chats and the composer: Direct chats, group chats and task channels, @mentions, attachments, the “+” menu for computer and focus, and handing off from the composer.
• Needs you: Everything that waits on you, in one list: approvals, questions, connections, takeovers, reviews and failures. Resolve each one where it shows.
• Alerts and email: Get told when work finishes or needs you, even with the app closed. Browser notifications while a tab is open, and a short email when you are away.
