Personal goals
Pythe can plan a personal goal as well as a company: a job hunt, a move, a side shop, an event, a new skill. You answer a few questions and get a plan your team works through.

Pythe is built for founders, and it can also plan a personal goal. The first onboarding screen asks What are you working on? Pick A company for the founder flow, or A personal goal to start from a template or write your own.
- Pick a goal. Choose one of the templates below, or Write your own for anything else.
- Answer a few questions. Each template asks three to five short questions, such as the role you want or when you plan to move. Write your goal in a line and add anything else Pythe should know.
- Build your plan. Pythe builds the plan on the same Building your plan screen founders see. There is no market research or competitor step: the plan is made from your answers and the template’s stages.

How a personal plan differs
- Its stages are the template’s stages, such as Get ready, Search and apply, Interview, instead of the seven company stages.
- Pytheus and your AI employees talk about your goal, not a company. They do not bring up investors, revenue targets or competitors unless your goal is to sell something.
- Each plan lives in its own workspace, so a personal goal and a company never mix.
- Approvals work the same way: nothing is sent, posted or published without your OK.
