Pythe

The plan

The seven stages, tracks and milestones, how to work them, and how the plan changes with you.

  • The seven stages: One ladder from Idea to Scale. Each stage has an entry, a graduation test and a focus, and the plan never gives you work from a stage you have already passed.
  • Tracks and milestones: A plan is a set of milestones across seven tracks. Each milestone has a reason, steps, an effort, an owner, a priority and dependencies.
  • Working the plan: Today, the task list, filters, steps, blocked work, handing a task to Pytheus, logging progress in plain words, regenerating and adding more.
  • Home: Today and your week: Home answers “what should I do now?”. It shows the one task that moves your plan most, your stage ladder, this week, your team and what happened recently.
  • Weekly review: Once a week Pythe reads what you did and what you avoided, asks three to seven questions, and re-sequences the plan. It never runs without your say-so unless you turn it on.
  • When your company changes: A pivot, a raise, a first hire or a new customer. How to tell Pythe, and what each way changes: the dossier, a regenerate, a progress update, the weekly review or graduation.
