This is the shortest path from nothing to a plan and a first piece of work. Free needs no card.

  1. Sign up. Go to Sign up. Continue with Google, or use your email: enter your name, email and a password, and Pythe sends a 6-digit code to confirm the address.
  2. Tell Pythe what you are working on. On the first screen choose how to start: write a short brief, give Pythe your website, or upload a document such as a PRD or notes. A public GitHub repo is an optional extra. Two or three sentences are plenty. Example: “I am a solo founder building a booking tool for London personal trainers. They lose clients to no-shows. No product yet, and I want to validate demand first.”
  3. Check what Pythe understood. Pythe turns your input into fields: what you are building, who it is for, the problem, traction so far, your next goal, company name, industry, main market, product form, how you charge and competitors you already know. Pythe also lists what it read, what it could not work out (answer those if you can) and the assumptions it is making. Edit anything. Nothing is generated from a guess you have not seen.
  4. Confirm the company dossier. The next screen is one dossier with sections for company, stage and goals, customer, product and model, evidence, and execution. “Where the company is today” decides which stage Pythe plans for, so check it. Add anything the research got wrong.
  5. Choose a research depth. Pick Quick scan, Standard (recommended) or Deep dive. You can also type up to a few questions you want answered, such as “Who is the closest competitor and what do they charge?”.
  6. Wait for the plan. Pythe researches your market, finds your strongest position, builds your next two stages and drafts the operating plan. You can leave the page: the job runs on the server and picks up where it stopped. While it runs, a short set of tips shows how the roadmap, Pytheus, agents, canvas, Library and approvals work.
  7. Open your plan. Your plan opens at your stage, with tasks grouped by track. Each task says why it matters, lists the steps to finish it and what done looks like. Tick steps off, or hand the whole task to Pytheus.
  8. Ask Pytheus for something real. Open HQ from the sidebar and ask, for example: “Research my five closest competitors and tell me what they charge.” Pytheus answers from your company profile. If the job needs its computer, you will see its steps as it works.
